Circuits containing timing capacitors simulate really slowly so they have been speeded up by a factor of about 1000. For example a 100 microfarad capacitor in the exam question would appear as a 100 nanofarad capacitor in the simulation.
Some circuits have been slightly modified to allow them to be returned to their initial state or to allow for the quirks of the Falstad components.
